At GolldenLight, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Eligibility for Refunds We offer a 7-day refund strictly under the following condition: The product must be damaged at the time of delivery. A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted. 2. Unboxing Video Requirement To be eligible for a refund: The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited. It must clearly show: The sealed package before opening The process of unboxing The damaged product clearly visible Videos recorded after opening the package will not be considered valid. 3. Refund Window You must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained under any circumstances. 4. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: No unboxing video is provided Damage caused after delivery or due to customer mishandling Minor color or design variations (as product images are for reference) Change of mind or personal preference Products marked as non-returnable (if applicable) 5. Refund Process Once your request is received and verified: Our team will review the unboxing video and claim. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. 6.
