Delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. 5. GolldenLight is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. 7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Claims for damaged items must follow the mandatory unboxing video requirement.
